Design Strategy Senior Manager - Delta Air Lines

  • Build and Lead the Enterprise Design Thinking program development inclusive of trainings, project consulting, and community building.

  • Support Senior Vice President and executive team in development of Delta’s enterprise Customer Experience strategy and prioritization of initiatives across the CX organization and customer-facing divisions, including roadmap planning for near, medium, and long-term impact.
